Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Soulio (soulio.site) is operated by MAXX CICLO LTDA (CNPJ 42.153.960/0001-31). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Free readings

The free birth chart and numerology calculators run entirely in your browser. The birth date, time, city and name you type there are not sent to our servers.

3. Paid reports

To create your report we need the name and birth data you enter (and, for compatibility, the other person’s). When you check out, an encrypted copy of this data travels with your payment record so we can create and deliver your report even if you close the page. Only Soulio can decrypt it, and it becomes permanently unreadable within about 60 days. We do not keep a database of birth data.

Email address: used to send your report and to answer support requests.

Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Usage data

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. We never send birth data, names or payment details to analytics providers.

5. How we use information

To create and deliver your reports, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the site. We do not use your birth data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models.

6. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run Soulio: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (email delivery). City data comes from GeoNames and is processed in your browser.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Brazil under the LGPD), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information. Email support@soulio.site and we will respond as required by law.

8. Data retention

Payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Encrypted birth data becomes unreadable within about 60 days. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.

9. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and birth data attached to orders is encrypted with AES-256.

10. Children

Soulio is not intended for people under 18.
