1. About Soulio

Soulio (soulio.site) offers free birth chart and numerology readings and personalized self-discovery reports delivered as PDF files. Soulio is operated by MAXX CICLO LTDA (CNPJ 42.153.960/0001-31), a company registered in Brazil. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Entertainment and self-reflection

Astrology and numerology are offered for entertainment and personal reflection. Our readings describe tendencies and possibilities; they do not predict the future and are not facts about you.

Soulio is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based only on a reading.

3. Your information

You are responsible for entering correct birth data. Results depend on the date, time and place you provide. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report, and you may only enter another person’s data (for example, in a compatibility report) if you have their permission.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before payment and charged once per report. Soulio has no subscriptions and never charges you again automatically. Prices may vary by country or region.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

5. Delivery

Your PDF report is available for download right after payment, and we email a copy to the address you used at checkout. The download link works for at least 30 days; the emailed PDF is your permanent copy.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Soulio for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

Your report is for your personal use. The site, its texts, interpretations, design and software belong to Soulio and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Readings and reports are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date shows the latest version.
