If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email support@soulio.site from the address you used at checkout (or include it in your message), with the purchase date and the report you bought.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit usually appears within 5–10 business days.
No subscriptions
Soulio never charges recurring fees, so there is nothing to cancel.
